Isn’t it annoying when you find a HG shade in a palette? L’Oreal Infallible Gel Lacquer Liner ($9.99 for 0.08 oz) is the latest drugstore incarnation of the potted gel/cream eyeliner. They’re supposedly dupes of the much more expensive Giorgia Armani Eyes to Kill eyeshadows, which look so awesome but are entirely out of my price range.
